We are investigating an issue with SMS messages failing delivery. This may affect some users sending SMS messages out of both the mobile application and web version of Jobber. Please do not attempt to re-send text messages if possible, as our team will be working to push out failed text messages after issue has been identified. We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing SMS messaging failing delivery. You may now re-send any messages that failed throughout the day. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.

We have identified the cause of the issue affecting SMS messages failing delivery for some users out of both the mobile application and web version of Jobber.

Please do not attempt to re-send text messages if possible, as our team will be working to push out failed text messages after issue has been identified.
