We are investigating an issue with ACH payment processing in the client hub. The ACH payment method option is currently unavailable. We recommend requesting the client to pay with another method, or make the payment once the issue is resolved. We will update as soon as we have any more information. We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues with ACH payment collection. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.
