We have noticed a technical issue that is causing some Backoffice features (ex: approving jobs) to malfunction. The engineering team is investigating the cause and possible solutions to restore the service.

Engineering team successfully re-synced backoffice & frontoffice regarding job ads & events on Friday 11th.
The team is focusing right now on candidacy & shortlist module that still face some data inconsistencies caused by the incident.

Engineering team confirmed that during the interval of the incident yesterday (from about 12.30pm to 6pm), job ads and events that have been created/updated on the Backoffice are not in sync on the Frontoffice.
This out of sync is currently being investigated, further information will be shared as soon as we have a more precise timeline on the complete resolution.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

The engineering team has fixed the source of the issue. Backoffice is now back to normal operation. Further investigation are on-going to verify the possible impacts regarding the length of the outage.
