Unsubscribe Link Issue in Email Broadcasts

Our third-party vendor has deployed a fix, and the unsubscribe link is now working correctly for new email broadcasts. Please note this fix does not apply retroactively — Email Broadcasts sent prior to the fix will still direct to a 404 page when the unsubscribe link is clicked. The unsubscribe option at the top of the email, if available, has remained available throughout and can be used in the meantime. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We've identified the cause of this issue was from a recent update made by one of our third-party vendors, and they are actively working to roll it back.
