What was the Impact: Only affected customers who have their account set to block "guest" access. Those accounts may have experienced that Recordings fail to record. From within the room, the recording would have appeared to be recording, but the recording will not be available after the session.
Current Status: A solution has deployed as of 4:22pm UTC, a few moments ago. Recordings will need to be restarted for the fix to take affect on a currently running session/recording.

What was the Impact: Only affected customers who have their account set to block "guest" access.
Earlier today, accounts that block guest access experienced Recordings fail to record. From within the room, the recording would have appeared to be recording, but the recording was not available after the session. This issue occurred for recordings started earlier today up until 4:22pm UTC.
Current Status: A solution was deployed today at 4:22pm UTC.
