Missing "Join meeting" icon

What was the Issue: For Rooms opened by Moderators (using Kaltura Domain), the icon "Join the meeting" was not showing; instead had a grayed-out "No Meeting" button, hence users could not join the room.

Сurrent Status: The issue has been revolved as 2:26 p.m. UTC. The root cause was identified and a hotfix was deployed. We have verified that the name of the button to join a meeting now appears as expected.
