Kami experienced a major issue affecting the "Grade with Kami" and "Open with Kami" features for users integrating with Google Drive and Google Classroom, lasting approximately 12 days. Engineers identified and released a fix that was gradually rolled out to users through extension updates. The issue was fully resolved once users updated their Kami browser extensions to the latest version.
