The Kaseya R&D team has resolved the service incident experienced by our RocketCyber partners, in the EU region, where Agents were all showing offline. We understand the impact that such problems can have on your business operations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
Once our investigation is complete, we will publish the root cause analysis will be made available here, on Kaseya Status.
