We are aware of a problem where RapidFire Tools Portal pages are failing to load, leaving pages blank. The cause of this issue is from additional load on our back end systems. The Kaseya R&D team have narrowed the issue to a spike in traffic to the platform between 6AM and 10AM EST. The team continues to work on improvements to backend systems so that performance remains stable at all times.
