Datto Networking - DNA Routers Fail To Checkin

We are aware of a problem where DNA routers will fail to check-in and users can experience degraded performance in the web user interface, resulting in slower load times. The Kaseya R&D Team has implemented a temporary work around to restore DNA check-ins, web UI access, and configuration updates. Currently graphs on the dna.datto.com → Status → Network Usage section will not populate with current information and in the dna.datto.com → Status → Browse Networks → More Information section will be out of date.
The Kaseya R&D Team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore optimal functionality.
