Datto Partner Portal - Latency and login failures impacting multiple Datto modules

This incident has been resolved.

Changes have been implemented to mitigate the immediate impact. The module is currently stable, but we are continuing work on additional updates for a permanent resolution.

Our Engineering team is actively engaged, and we will provide another update once these changes are in place and validated.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We have identified that multiple Datto modules may be impacted by this issue.
