Datto SaaS Protection - Backup performance degradation for SharePoint services on pod 'des1-saas-p1'

SharePoint backup success rates remain stable on the pod.

Our R&D team is continuing to monitor for any other issues.

Backup frequency was reverted back to 3x per day on pod 'des1-saas-p1'.

Our R&D team is continuing to monitor after the change.

SharePoint backups have stabilized on the pod and our R&D team is preparing to increase backup frequency from 2x per day to 3x per day.

The Kaseya R&D team have temporarily decreased the daily backup frequency on pod ‘des1-saas-p1' from 3x per day to 2x per day to allow SharePoint services to stabilize.

The team is monitoring closely after the changes were implemented and will restore 3x backups per day as soon as it’s safe and reliable for all customers hosted on the pod.

The issue has been identified and the Kaseya R&D team is actively working to address it.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are aware of a problem where some Datto SaaS Protection customers hosted on pod 'des1-saas-p1' may experience degraded SharePoint backup performance.
