We are aware of an issue where users intermittently encounter a hanging Loading page when attempting a Web Remote connection to devices on the Pinotage platform of Datto RMM. Refreshing the page and clearing the browser cache (using Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R) has been effective in establishing a connection. The Kaseya R&D Team is actively investigating the root cause.
