Cloudflare failing to route requests

All user facing services have returned to full operational status. Our backend processing queues should recover gradually over the next 24 hours. Slower than nominal processing times should be expected.

Normal levels of traffic have resumed, however the Klue platform may still be sluggish or experience transient issues.

Some traffic has resumed, so app.klue.com may be accessible from some geos. We will continue monitoring the situation.

We are currently aware of an issue with Cloudflare, which is a critical dependency for routing traffic to us. Please monitor https://cloudflarestatus.com for updates.
