We have identified an issue with the Ethereum (ETH) funding gateway. Deposits on mainnet may be delayed at this time. All other funding methods, including ETH deposits through other chains and ETH mainnet withdrawals, are operating normally. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Impact has been mitigated for EthereumPoW (ETHW). We're currently working on the rest of assets/chains affected by this issue in regards to old deposits that came through. New deposits on any of the previously impacted assets/chains are no longer affected.

New assets and chains are being affected by the current incident for deposits only:

- MATIC on Polygon.
- ETHW on EthereumPoW.
- AVAX on Avalanche.
- ETH on Arbitrum.
- FLR on Flare.
