Inaccurate Portfolio Asset Charts in Kraken Pro App and Web

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Historical portfolio balance data for total balances is now displaying again in Kraken Pro on both mobile and web. Historical charts for individual assets may still appear incorrect or flat while we continue work on restoring the remaining data.

The issue remains isolated to portfolio chart displays and does not affect actual balances or trading activity.

We have identified an issue affecting the display of all historical portfolio balance data in the Kraken Pro mobile app and web interface. Users may see no data when viewing historical charts for both individual assets and total portfolio views.
