Apps not opening

The issue affecting Kuali Build and Kuali Next-Gen products is resolved so apps should open as expected. We found a recently deployed dependency update caused this issue and we rolled back to fix. We're going to be reviewing the process around dependency update review to make sure this issue is avoided in the future.
