Inbound DDoS Attack

The DDoS attack targeting the Romeo server has now been largely mitigated. While mitigation remains in place and active, we are currently seeing normal service levels restored and no ongoing impact to hosted sites.

The nature of the attack required our team to continuously adapt our response to shifting patterns of malicious traffic. While access was intermittently available during the incident, many users experienced timeouts and degraded performance — particularly during the later stages.

This incident was not the result of any server or infrastructure fault, but a deliberate attempt to disrupt service. Our team has worked extensively behind the scenes to counter the attack and keep disruption to a minimum.

We’d like to thank all affected customers for your patience and understanding and apologise for the inconvenience that you have faced.

We’re continuing to monitor closely, but at this time, services appear stable.
