We are currently experiencing a server wide outage on the Lennox server.
We are working to resolve this as a priority and will keep you informed at all times. Our apologies for the inconvenience that this is causing

Dear Clients,
We are in the process of replacing a failed drive within the Lennox server. Due to the nature of the failure, we have had to power down the server to complete this process, which our engineers are working on at present. We aim to have services back online as quickly as possible.
