Degraded performance on our API

The event ingestion pipeline experienced a period of heavy load starting at 10:30 AM UTC, resulting in increased latency in event processing and computation. The service remained operational throughout the incident.

Our team investigated the issue, implemented several fixes, and scaled the ingestion pipeline to handle the increased load. Following these actions, latency progressively decreased and performance returned to expected levels.

Latency recovered and everything is back to normal, we're still monitoring.
