LastPass - Reported issues activating federated users

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved.There was an error during an upgrade to an internal library that inadvertently impacted the federated user activation flow.

We will conduct an internal review of this issue to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we are confirming that all services are functional.
