We have released a fix to our API to restore service, and now believe the web app and API are both running as expected.

We believe we are experiencing an outage as a side-effect of an outage with Honeycomb, one of our monitoring tools. We are investigating how we can reduce the knock-on effect of this dependency within our platform.
