The issue where users were ynable to access Lever has been resolved. The incident occurred on December 13, 2024 from 7:15 PM PST to 2:47 AM PST. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed: https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/requests/new
A fix has been implemented for the issue causing “500 error” messages when accessing Lever. Customers should now be able to access/utilize Lever. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.
We are currently investigating an issue that is resulting in 500 errors when attempting to access Lever. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
