Liberty Broadband Huntsville Outage

We are going to close out this status page, the tower has stayed online and stable. We have also had an electrician come out and replace the breaker that kept getting tripped so that we won't have this issue in the future when the tower is having to go from main power to the back up batteries during power outages.

We were able to get the tower back online, one of the breakers got tripped during the power surges early this morning. We will monitor this closely for the next 24hrs and then we will close out this status page.

If you are still experiencing no internet please reboot your router by unplugging it from power for about 10-15 seconds and then plugging it back in. If you have tried that and it still isn't working please reach out to us by either calling or texting us at 866-780-8036

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are currently working on getting our tower in Huntsville back online after the outage earlier this morning. We have determined that everything on the ground is working and we will need to get someone on top of the tower to assess the equipment up top. This is one of the main tower's that feeds other towers in the area so there are multiple towers affected at this time.
