A number of customers have reported an increase in the display of 'Signal Lost' in the portal.
Any vehicle that has been stationary for more than an hour will currently display as “signal lost”.
This is a messaging error, not a platform issue. Data is still being captured in real time, and the portal display is correct in most cases. The exception is any vehicle that remains stationary for more than an hour, which will show as 'signal lost'.
We are investigating this issue.
