Degraded performance and delays processing changes

Services are slowly recovering, you may experience duplicated notifications in Linear or Slack as backlogged tasks are processed. We will continue to monitor and provide updates once we are confident that normal levels of operation have resumed.

We’re still monitoring services and are seeing a slow recovery. There may be some tasks repeated whilst the backlog of events gets retried, such as notifications being duplicated.

We've narrowed down the cause to an upstream cloud provider outage and will continue to investigate. You may see delays still with making changes such as creating issues in app or via Slack.

We're currently investigating errors with the application and delays processing requests. Integrations such as Slack and Asks will have delayed responses and Google auth logins may fail on initial attempts. We're working to restore full functionality as soon as possible.
