Services impacted due to upstream provider outage

Our upstream provider has implemented a fix and most services have returned to normal. A small number of automated emails are still retrying delivery, and we expect these to clear as upstream systems fully stabilize.

We’ve identified that the upstream provider outage is also affecting email delivery. Some automated emails from Linear have not been sent during this incident - we will retry when this has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation as the provider restores service, and we will keep you updated here.

Some services may be affected by an upstream provider outage, such as accessing the page to download the desktop app, or images in the onboarding issues when you create a new workspace. We will continue to monitor as that provider restores services.
