Problems with sync and workspace access

We've made some changes which should allow EU customers to connect to their workspaces again.

We are still experiencing problems with sync and connectivity for EU Customers that may cause Linear to appear offline or cause delays in syncing updates.

We're working to restore full functionality as soon as possible and will continue to share updates here.

We've identified the problem that has caused these errors and are working to restore access to all customers. We'll continue to share updates as we work to resolve this incident.

We are investigating reports of errors accessing Linear and syncing issues for customers in EU workspaces. We will share updates as soon as possible as we work to resolve the problem.
