[Spain][General] Unscheduled disturbance

We would like to inform you that the earlier disturbance affecting SMS traffic and delivery reports towards Spain has now been fully resolved.

Message delivery and reporting are operating normally, and all operators' connections remain stable.

Please be aware that the incident was caused by a national-scale electricity outage in Spain, which impacted various sectors, including mobile networks and SMS delivery platforms. This issue was not dependent on our infrastructure and was outside of our control.
