We would like to inform you that the connectivity issue affecting the Link Engage platform (*.linkmobility.eu) has been resolved. The root cause was identified as a power supply issue at the Datacenter of our provider.

Full service has been restored, and the platform is now operating normally. Our teams will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure ongoing stability.

We would like to inform you that the issue has been identified as a power supply issue at the Datacenter for MyLink Engage.

Impact: The MyLink Engage platform (*.linkmobility.eu) is currently down.

The connectivity issue has been identified on the provider’s side. LinkMobility is in ongoing contact with the provider, however, the estimated time for resolution is still unknown.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and will continue to share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
