Impact: Customers are currently unable to access the s-eu.linkmobility.io, which is used for sending messages and configuring Gates and Keywords. This issue appears to primarily affect customers in the Nordic countries. Temporary Workaround: If you are using the affected endpoint, we recommend switching temporarily to one of the following alternatives: n-eu.linkmobility.io c-eu.linkmobility.io Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
