Dear Customer, We are currently experiencing an intermittent service disruption affecting our services. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full stability. Impact Start Time: 16 September 2025, 10:00 CEST Affected Services: SMS Delivery Reports (DLR), WhatsApp Messages, Mobile Originated Messages Impact Details: Messages are being delivered successfully. However, delivery status may temporarily appear as “retried” in the message logs before being updated to the correct status after a few minutes. The issue occurs intermittently within short periods of time. During these periods, customers may experience delays in receiving DLRs, delays in WhatsApp message delivery, and delays in Mobile Originated messages. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
