Start time: 2026-09-03 10:10 CEST Affected services: Xenioo Platform (Bots and MO messages) LMCL WhatsApp (MO messages) Impact: Customers may experience unavailability of Xenioo automated bots and delays or missing MO WhatsApp messages. Performance of the Xenioo Platform User Interface may also be degraded. Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
