Status Update: LINQ Connect School Menus

The School Menus feature remains temporarily disabled in Guest View on the LINQ Connect main page. Some authenticated users (parent accounts) may also experience intermittent issues when attempting to view menus. Our team is continuing to monitor system performance and investigate these issues as we work toward a full resolution to ensure a stable and reliable experience for all users.

Accessing Menu Plans and Nutrient Information

Districts can continue to access recipe and nutrient details by using reports within the LSN District Portal. The Recipe Nutrient and Menu Calendar reports allow you to capture the necessary data. If needed, these reports can also be scheduled to automatically send to other staff members (such as district administrators, nurses, or other personnel) while the School Menus feature is limited.

Steps to run the report:

Go to Reports

Select Menu Planning

Choose Menu Calendar and/or Recipe Nutrient

Select the Menu Plan(s) you want to review

Templates can be created for both reports (for example, you can make templates for your Elementary Breakfast, Middle School Breakfast, High School Breakfast, etc.)

Automating Reports for District Administrators

To automate the report:

Create a Report Template with the desired Menu Plan and nutrient selections.

Go to Reports → Report Scheduler.

Select Add New Schedule.

Choose the Report Template you created.

Set the Destination Type to Email.

Enter the recipient email addresses (such as nurses or administrators)

Choose the needed frequency (daily, weekly, etc.)

Click Save

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to restore full functionality. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
