We are actively investigating reports that some GoToMyPC customers maybe facing issues connecting to their host machines. As a resolution for this issue, customers are advised to take the below actions: * Restart host PC, wait for 5-6 minutes for machine to come online. * Restart G2P Service, wait for 5-6 minutes for machine to come online. * Reinstall application. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and will provide another update shortly.
