Incident Report
Following the Nets outage earlier today between 09:50 and 14:35, during which all types of payment cards were declined, we have identified that some transactions were charged multiple times.
We have contacted Nets and expect these duplicate reservations to be canceled either today or tomorrow.
In the meantime, you are welcome to contact Nets directly if you have any questions while we continue to investigate this issue.
We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

We have still not heard back from NETS regarding customers affected by duplicate transactions.
We will continue monitoring the status from our side and work to mitigate the impact as much as possible until we get more information.
