Domain Name Resolution Issues

We are pleased to confirm that the upstream DNS issues affecting mailerlite.io are fully resolved.

We have successfully reverted to the primary domain. To ensure a seamless transition, we have enabled reverse redirects; this ensures that any traffic still attempting to reach the temporary domain is automatically routed back to the correct location.

All services effected by this incident (Forms, Surveys, Preferences, and Unsubscribe links) are fully operational.

DNS resolution is stabilizing. We have implemented temporary redirects to maintain full service availability. We are monitoring the propagation and will revert domains once the issue is fully resolved.

We have identified an issue with the upstream DNS registry managing the mailerlite.io domain and are working closely with the provider to restore full access.

While this initially affected Forms, Preference Center, and Unsubscribe links, we have successfully mitigated the issue by temporarily switching domains. As a result, most services and links are now functioning as expected. We anticipate a full resolution within the next few hours.
