Restoring All Services to the US Primary Data Center

We are pleased to announce that the final switch-back to the US Primary Data Center is scheduled for 25th January 2025, between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM PST.

During this phase, we will switch back the remaining services from the DR Data Center to the Primary Data Center, following the successful completion of the previous switch-back on 18th January 2025.

As always, this activity is planned with careful consideration to ensure the stability of services. While services will continue to operate seamlessly, inter-data center traffic may experience a slight latency during this transition.

We do not anticipate any major interruptions, and you should be able to continue using all ManageEngine services as usual. We will provide updates through this forum post once the activity is complete.
