Outage Details

We have identified an issue affecting integrations with Lightspeed and XML through the M Connect platform, which accounts for roughly 10% of our M Connect users. Product imports have been unable to complete since 23 April due to one of our databases reaching the maximum number of rows. This means that no new products, or product updates will have been sent to Marketplacer during this period. We are in the process of creating a new database to restore functionality to the affected accounts - this will result in product imports resuming as normal. Please note that we will automatically queue a full import for all active accounts (accounts with product imports enabled) to ensure that the Marketplacer data is backfilled with any updates that were missed during the downtime. The last seven days of import data in M Connect will also be unavailable to view in the M Connect user interface, please contact our support team if you need any of the historical data for audit purposes. No further action is required from either operators or sellers - we will update this incident once the issue is fully resolved. Note: All other integrations through the M Connect platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Maropost Commerce Cloud, Retail Express) remain unaffected by this incident.

We have identified an issue affecting integrations with Lightspeed and XML through the M Connect platform, which accounts for roughly 10% of our M Connect users.
