Marqeta engineers, in coordination with Visa, have completed remediation of the duplicate clearing transaction issue affecting September 18th transactions. All impacted transaction exceptions have been processed, with the final set of transactions confirmed posted at approximately 02:20 PT this morning. Settlement reconciliation has been completed for all affected programs. Following a monitoring period to confirm the stability of the resolution, we can confirm this issue is now fully resolved and no further customer action is required. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.
