Issue With UPS Rating

We are aware that some customers may be experiencing issues with UPS rating. We are currently working on the issue.

We’re currently working on resolving the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.

We are still working to resolve the UPS Rating issue. We will update once we have the fix ready to go. This will not require an outage in TMS to resolve at this time.

We have verified that Basic auth is still active with UPS, therefore we are moving customers back to that service until we can find the solution to the issue we are having on the MercuryGate side.

We have identified the issue and fixed it. It was related to the database. Rating should be back on line. We are moving all customers back to the Oauth service.
