Dear Valued Clients, It has been reported that clients are receiving error messages when working on updating cases with Support or when creating fresh cases via the Support Portal. Our technical teams are investigating this issue. Until this is resolved, please call Support or open an chat via the Support Portal for any urgent issues. Our support line is 714.987.4123. Our technical teams worked with Salesforce to resolve this issue. Cases can now be submitted through the MeridianLink Support Portal as usual, and emails from our ticketing system are being delivered successfully. Thank you for your patience and continued partnership.

Our technical teams will be implementing a solution after hours that will restore the Support Portal case functionality tomorrow morning. Thank you for your patience and continued partnership as we work through this Support Portal issue.

MeridianLink's IT team is working with Salesforce to resolve this issue. This appears to be impacting only some products. Some customers are able to create Support Cases in the Support Portal, while others cannot. Until this is resolved, please call Support or open an chat via the Support Portal for any urgent issues.
