This incident has been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
The issue has been mitigated, and we can confirm that our Dashboard, Inbox and Messaging service are operational and any delayed messages have been delivered.
We are continuing to investigate the issue. We are observing delays delivering messages and status updates for conversations channels (whatsapp included)
We are currently investigating issues on the dashboard that are preventing pages to load and features from loading.
