Yesterday we had a major outage of the API for ~2-3 hours. Although we carefully test our new developments in a development and staging environment and run several tests, there was an issue with yesterdays release.
We are still scrolling through logs to find the source for this issue. In the meanwhile we rolled back to a previous version.
We'll write a postmortem about this incident as soon as we fully understand it.
