Microsoft have identified an issue where some users are unable to join some meetings using the "Join" button in the meeting chat within Teams.
Microsoft have advised that clicking on the URL for the meeting should still work.

Microsoft have released a possible fix and are currently deploying throughout infrastructure. They are currently monitoring impact to ensure that issue is being fully resolved. We will continue to monitor while we wait for confirmation from Microsoft that the issue has been fully resolved.
