Starting October 31st, 2025, 9:55am UTC, Microsoft Advertising Support is experiencing issues with ticket creation. Incoming and outgoing communications are also blocked for existing tickets. Advertisers may experience no automated response with a Microsoft Advertising ticket number in the format of UCM000001234567.
