Title: Users may be unable to access the Microsoft Copilot service
User impact: Users may be unable to access the Microsoft Copilot service.
More info: The problem has been resolved for most usage scenarios, and only Copilot in the Microsoft Edge sidebar and Copilot for Windows in the Windows desktop app remain affected by this event. Users should now be able to access Bing, bing.com/chat, and copilot.microsoft.com as expected.
Current status: Our mitigating change is deploying as expected, and we're performing tests to verify its efficacy in mitigating impact for the specified Copilot scenarios.

More info: Users may also be unable to access Bing, bing.com/chat and copilot.microsoft.com. Additionally, some users may be unable to access Copilot using the button in the Microsoft Edge browser sidebar, or Copilot on their desktop or mobile devices.
Current status: We're continuing to investigate the service call issue and monitor our mitigation strategy, which we anticipate will require some time to fully take effect. We'll provide an estimated time to mitigation once it's available.

More info: The problem has been resolved for most usage scenarios, and only Copilot in the Microsoft Edge sidebar and Copilot for Windows in the Windows desktop app remain affected by this event. Users should now be able to access Bing, bing.com/chat, and copilot.microsoft.com as expected.
Current status: We're exploring a mitigation strategy to address the remaining impact for both Copilot in the Microsoft Edge sidebar and Copilot for Windows in the Windows desktop app, which are residually affected. We're monitoring our mitigation as it progresses to ensure it comprehensively resolves the remaining impact. In parallel, we're continuing to investigate the cause of the service call issue that we suspect led to this problem.

Current status: We've confirmed that all the listed scenarios in the More info section, besides the Copilot button in the Microsoft Edge browser sidebar, have been remediated. We're analyzing the jobs and APIs that support this scenario to better understand what's causing impact for the aforementioned scenario.

Current status: Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an issue where users may be unable to access the Microsoft Copilot service and bing.com. Our analysis has found that the infrastructure that supports Copilot and Bing traffic requests is operating in a suboptimal level. We're redirecting these requests to healthy portions of infrastructure to remediate impact.
