We've taken action to address this issue and are observing progressive remediation, and we're continuing to actively troubleshoot on the networking side to potentially expedite this process. Current projections indicate we can expect that impact will be fully resolved by the time of our next scheduled update.

Current status: We've investigated a problem in which a portion of infrastructure responsible for reliable service access wasn't processing requests as expected. Our automated recovery system rerouted some requests through healthy alternate infrastructure in the environment to resolve this issue, however, some impact is persisting. We’re continuing to monitor the environment as we actively investigate to determine our next steps.
