Title: Some users are receiving a warning in the Chrome browser that OneDrive for Business content is potentially malicious

User impact: Users are receiving a warning in the Chrome browser that OneDrive for Business content is potentially malicious.

More info: As a workaround, affected users may be able to use an alternate browser to access OneDrive for Business content. Additionally, users can leverage Microsoft Edge while we continue to address this issue.

Current status: We're continuing to work with the third-party browser provider to understand why this issue is occurring. In parallel, we're gathering relevant tenant and URL information to assist in the overall investigation. Additionally, if your organization is still experiencing impact, please capture any network traces for our review.

Scope of impact: Based on our investigation, a subset of tenants' users attempting to access OneDrive for Business content through a link may receive a warning message indicating that the content is deceptive or otherwise malicious.

Current status: We're reaching out to the specific third-party browser provider to help us understand why Chrome is providing users with warning messages that OneDrive for Business content is potentially malicious. While we're waiting for the third-party provider to respond, we're continuing to wait for the list of affected URLs to be provided by affected users to help assist both the third-party and ourselves in isolating the root cause.

Scope of impact: Some users accessing OneDrive for Business content through a link receive a warning message indicating that the content is deceptive or otherwise malicious.

Current status: Our review of screenshots is so far inconclusive in identifying the cause of this problem, and we're reaching out to the affected users to gather URLs for some sample affected sites and content to isolate why users are receiving a warning.

Scope of impact: Any user accessing OneDrive for Business content through a link receive a warning message indicating that the content is deceptive or otherwise malicious.
