Telemetry shows a reduction in errors on the affected infrastructure as the traffic rerouting process continues. We expect the rerouting to compete within the next 30 minutes.

Current status: After receiving reports of impact to Office scripts, we triggered an investigation. We've reproduced the issue internally and we're analyzing the related diagnostic data, specifically focusing on Directory services that are generating 403 errors. While we're isolating the root cause of the issue, we're rerouting requests within our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to mitigate impact and provide relief.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure. Initial indications are that this is impacting a specific data center within the EMEA region, however, analysis is still ongoing.
